Open Outlook, click on Tools, then click Services. Step 2. In the Services window, select Internet Mail. Click Properties to configure your settings. Step 3. In the Internet Mail screen, select the General tab and enter the following information.       1. Full Name is the name you want to appear next to your emails.       2. E-mail Address should be your username@pghmail.com       3. The Internet Mail Server should be mail.pghmail.com       4. The Account Name should be your PGHmail username.       5. The Password is your PGHmail password. Click Advanced Options to proceed. Step 4. In Advanced Options, enter mail.pghmail.com as your outgoing mail server. Click OK to finish setup.
